Winemaking: Citrons, wild elderflower, acacia, raspberries, fig leaves, peach pit kernels, each ingredient is macerated separately then layered through the seasons making up 75% of the final extract. The other 25% is built from wormwood, peppercorns and the final concia is blended at the end of the year.
