This is my favorite rose every year hands down, I just finished my last bottle of 2023 last week and it was absolutely delicious. This is the traditional blend of mainly Nebbiolo with a touch of Vespolina and Croatian. Medium weight with great texture and acid, the fruit isn’t over the top and is perfectly balanced with the acid that carries the palate through to the finish.
