A blend of Malvasia Toscana, Malvasia Bianca, Trebbiano Toscano, Biancame and Grechetto Bianco and greater than the sum of its parts. The vines are interplanted amongst the red grape vines in their vineyard and used to be blended into her Montepulciano. 

Spontaneous fermentation without maceration lasts for around 35 days. Vinified and aged in glass-lined cement and steel tanks. In some ways a white wine is made like a red, but do not call it orange wine. It stands on its own.
