In Lisa’s own words this wine pays homage to an old-world method of producing a “farm-worker fizz” style of sparkling wine, using Gewürztraminer rehydrated pomace with Gewürztraminer wine, resulting in a bubbly, low-alcohol quaffer. 7.1% alcohol, unfiltered, fermented in the bottle for secondary fermentation. 

Not only is it low in alcohol it shows a pleasant fruitiness and gentle bubbles and is so fun to drink!
