 Sourced from parcels in the village of Jullié with more varied terroir -

pierres bleues, granite, and volcanic (mainly loam and sandy soils). For

this cuvée they chose to administer only one punch down with pressing

after completion of alcoholic fermenta4on followed by 7 months on

lees in tank. Amped up aromas jump from the glass with darker more

expressive aromas featuring a blend of floral perfume, subtle fruitiness,

and an underpinning of summer savory that are echoed on the long

finish.
