Valpolicella might not be the first name that comes to mind when one thinks of elegance and finesse but the Venturi family is out to change that, one sip at a time.

'Camporenzo' is composed of the usual suspects: 40% Corvina, 30% Corvinone, 20% Rondinella, and 10% each Molinara and Oseleta. This wine is farmed biodynamically and harvested by hand. In the cellar, the grapes are destemmed and gently pressed, with spontaneous fermentation kicking off with native yeast and no added sulfur in tank. After 7-8 days of maceration with periodic manual punch-downs, the wine rests for about 6 months in concrete, followed by another 6 months in botti. Bottled unfiltered with just a touch of sulfur.

The result? A wine that's soulful, vibrant, and unexpectedly graceful. Your only regret will be not buying enough to last you a lifetime.
