This 100% Cabernet Franc from store favorite Arnaud Lambert. As is typical of Lambert’s wine, this wine over delivers. It undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle (like Champagne) , sees 18-24 months on the lees, has brilliant acidity, balanced by 7g/l dosage. It reminds me of delicate Wild strawberries, with bubbles and it put a smile on our faces when we tasted it.
