90% Chenin Blanc and 10% Chardonnay from 35 year old plots in Brézé and St. Cyr. Primary fermentation in stainless steel then aged in tank for 6 months. It is then bottled and aged for 18-24 months and disgorged with a dosage of 8 grams. It shows great acidity to balance the dosage, along with bright fruit and excellent texture. A real bargain in quality sparkling wine.
