I have long thought that Semillon was one of Washington’s best white grapes, but it never really caught on. This is a pretty remarkable wine. It shows Semillon’s typical rounder texture, balanced by fresh acidity and at just 11.3% alcohol. Drink this with fish tacos, roast chicken or your favorite Summer salad. Maybe this delicious vintage of itä’s Semillon will begin a new trend.
