John Paul’s notes: The smallest production of the quartet of our single vineyard releases (2 barrels!). From the handful of rows of Draper clone Chardonnay in Abbey Ridge. This wine has a generous nose with aromatics of chamomile, wet stone and apple blossom. The palate is focused and coursing with acidity and a hint of salinity. More delicate than the Clos Electrique.
