They achieved biodynamic certification in 2020 and the wines since then have shown more focus, more freshness, more life. The cepage of Mourvèdre, Grenache, Cinsault, Clairette, give the wine a bit more weight and gravitas, but it also might be the best of the bunch to have with a Provencal inspired meal.
